Andy Feldsohn – CEO Andy Feldsohn co- founded Adex Industries in 1992 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since its inception.
A highly skilled electrical engineer with over 30 years experience, much of Mr. Feldsohn’s expertise was acquired during the fourteen
years he spent with Afcon Industries Ltd. (then called the Feuchtwanger Group) one of Israel’s leading electrical enterprises.
Joining as an electrical engineer in 1978, he rose to become southern area manager before leaving to form Adex.
Mr. Feldsohn holds Masters Degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Business Administration.
Daniel Goldenberg – COO
Daniel Goldenberg co-founded Adex Industries in 1992 and has been its Chief Operating Officer throughout.
Mr. Goldenberg also gained much of his considerable expertise with Afcon Industries, where he rose from Electrical Engineer to Senior Manager.
He too joined in 1978 and left in 1992.
Mr. Goldenberg holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Adex Group
Since 1992 the two partners have founded and manage three further companies: Famtrade Ltd., a trading and marketing company,
Adex GreEnergy, a company dedicated to renewable energy solutions, and Electel International SRL, the European company representing
all the group's activities in Europe.
All four companies operate individually, together comprising the Adex Group.
